Our Light Workover rig AW08 has completed its 10-year revision and is now available for use again. Technically and visually refreshed, the AW08 is in perfect condition for maximum operational stability and safety.

The revision of the rig was carried out together with KOLLER Solutions Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH – and thus directly on the same site where our Celle site is located. Shortly after the move, the intended synergy effects of this spatial proximity benefited us noticeably.

The first location of our freshly overhauled AW08 has already been determined. She returns to one of the oldest oil fields in Germany: to Emlichheim on the German-Dutch border. Wintershall Dea has been producing crude oil here for 75 years – a good 35 of them using innovative steam pressure technology. Our AW08 system has already proven itself before its revision and will now contribute all the more to stable production operations.
