On August 1, the time had come: eight motivated young talents started their training in Salzwedel – bringing a breath of fresh air to the team.
This year, they are being trained in the following professions:

• Mining technologist (specializing in deep drilling technology) – 5 trainees
• Industrial mechanic – 1 trainee
• Electronics technician for industrial engineering – 1 trainee
• Warehouse logistics specialist – 1 trainee (for the first time at MB Well Services)

We are particularly pleased with this strong training year – and we are looking forward to seeing our new colleagues grow professionally and personally in the coming years.
Experiences of the induction week:

• Visit to the Wietze oil museum
• A look behind the scenes at our site in Celle
• Visit to the T46 rig in the Altmark region
• Joint canoe trip on the Elbe at the end of the week

Our new trainees are highly motivated and eager to learn in their specialist areas. We look forward to accompanying them on this journey and shaping the future together.
