Over the past 10 years, MB Well Services has consistently evolved in line with our customers’ requirements – transitioning from a traditional rig contractor to a broader, more versatile service provider.

In the E&P segment, we have successfully implemented four outsourcing projects across Germany, Austria and Romania – including the takeover, modernization, and reintegration of existing assets. At the same time, we have expanded our on-site services and tailored them to specific customer needs.

Key milestones:

• Outsourcing projects with multiple operators in three countries
• Expansion of additional services such as in-field transport and workshop services
• Market entry into Austria with our own branch
• Introduction of a new cooperation model through a joint venture in Romania

Beyond E&P, we have also broadened our portfolio:

• Development of the GT01 geothermal work platform for rigless pump replacement
• Delivery of integrated services as a General Service Contractor
• First hybrid workover solutions in response to CO₂ reduction demands
