This year, MB Well Services GmbH once again participated in the HR Townhall of the MB Group in Oman.

On November 18th, in celebration of the national holiday, HR representatives gathered in Muscat to discuss HR updates, upcoming changes, and projects across the group. Workshops and presentations, such as Emotional Intelligence by Osama Al Farsi, complemented the program.

A highlight of the event was an interview with our Chairman, Dr. Mohammed Al Barwani, who shared exclusive insights into his leadership philosophy.

The event concluded with a site visit to Musstir LLC, where a luxury resort with waterfront apartments and chalets is under construction—an exciting project we look forward to seeing completed in two years!
