On April 23, 2026, MB Well Services welcomed seven students in grades 5 through 8 to Future Day.

After a brief introduction and an overview of the company, the participants took a tour of the facility to explore various departments—including the warehouse, the technical department, the electronics workshop, and the tubing storage area.

Particular highlights included operating a top drive and gaining their first hands-on experience at the crane runway. In the afternoon, the group moved on to the wireline department, where the students got hands-on and assisted with “fishing” tools using the winch.

In addition to a shared lunch break, the day offered one thing above all else: practical insights into the diverse activities at MB Well Services.

The positive feedback speaks for itself—we’ve already managed to attract the first students interested in a student internship.
