As of August 1, we are welcoming seven new apprentices at MB Well Services. This year, our new recruits are starting in three different apprenticeship programs:

• Oliver Gladow – Industrial Mechanic
• Ole Willmann – Electronics Technician
• Gavin Kaatz – Mining Technologist, specializing in deep drilling technology
• Dylan Ewald – Mining Technologist, specializing in deep drilling technology
• Bennett Preetz – Mining Technologist, specializing in deep drilling technology
• Maximillian Simon – Mining Technologist, specializing in deep drilling technology
• Elias Arikan – Mining Technologist, specializing in deep drilling technology

To kick things off, our new colleagues got to know the Celle and Salzwedel locations, various company divisions, and, of course, many of their future coworkers.

In addition to their professional orientation, there was plenty of time for shared experiences: a visit to the German Petroleum Museum in Wietze, a trip to the Autostadt in Wolfsburg, and the high ropes course provided variety and offered ample opportunity to bond as a team.

We wish our seven new trainees a successful start and hope they enjoy their training at MB Well Services.
