Innovation is driven by people – and it requires an environment in which they can thrive.

At MB Well Services, a lot has changed over the past ten years. Some changes happened in big steps, others more quietly, but with a lasting impact. One thing is clear: the well-being of our employees has become increasingly important over the years.

One example is the relocation of our light workover operations at the turn of 2020/21:

from our former site in Nienhagen to Altencelle – together with our sister company Koller Maschinen & Anlagenbau (KMA). The result: modern working conditions, more efficient processes, optimized storage areas, and closer technical collaboration.

Investments were also made at our main site in Salzwedel:

in 2024, the large hall underwent comprehensive roof refurbishment, including modern insulation and a new photovoltaic system. These measures have significantly improved working conditions in the workshop and warehouse, making them more comfortable, reliable, and fit for today’s requirements.

And sometimes it is the seemingly “small things” that make a big difference:

  • height-adjustable desks in the offices,
  • bicycle leasing and Hansefit programs,
  • fruit baskets in common areas, or
  • small gestures such as a jar of honey at Christmas.

What once included bowling teams, tennis tournaments, and large company sports events in Salzwedel is now complemented by a wide range of initiatives focused on health, well-being, and modern workplaces.

Our journey shows:
Innovation grows from people who feel comfortable in their working environment and want to make a difference together.
