Students informed themselves about job opportunities at MB Well Services
Recruitment and youth development are important topics these days, not only in the oil and gas industry. It is also always important for us to introduce young people to the various career opportunities directly on site. Recently, a group of prospective academics from the Drilling Institute of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg visited us during a one-week excursion through several companies.
In the theoretical part, our employees Doreen Könnecke and Andreas Bothe briefly presented MB Well Services and gave a lecture on job entry and career opportunities. Following a lively discussion, the students visited various workshops and departments in our works premises in Salzwedel.
Finally, the group drove to our rig T41, which is currently doing an P&A job. Even though a tour of the well site did not fit into the time schedule, our experienced toolpusher Uwe Jegust was able to answer many questions.
