… you are responsible for participating in, supervising, implementing, and following up on assigned projects with the relevant documentation, primarily for systems in the 70–90 ton control hook load range.

Participation, supervision, implementation, and follow-up of assigned projects with corresponding documentation, primarily for systems in the 70–90 ton control hook load range
Monitoring of system documentation
Planning of repairs and monitoring of prescribed inspections (e.g., equipment)
Creation of conversion plans and equipment lists
Inspections of the rigs assigned to you
Monitoring and supporting the rigs during difficult work on site
Implementation of QHSE requirements
Maintaining customer contacts
Employee management
Close and trusting cooperation with the rig teams and personnel planning
Participation in the performance appraisal of employees
Comprehensive technical and organizational knowledge in the operational area of workover & drilling, especially in the hook load range of 70–90 tons
Professional training in the field (SCC and IWCF Level 4)
Knowledge of the essential regulations governing mining safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection
Basic knowledge: spoken and written English
Strong ability to cooperate, communicate, and think in a target group-oriented manner
System- and process-oriented, as well as economic thinking and acting
Ability to work independentlyAssertiveness and ability to work in a team
Good computer skills (MS Office)
At least a Class B driver’s license
Willingness to travel (on-site support for facilities)
Good health and physical fitness
