You organize the use of employees and work equipment in your area of responsibility and have a good command of the technological processes as well as the relevant regulations and requirements. You monitor the guarantee of the procedures, carry out the prescribed security checks and document the services provided.
Your area of responsibility also includes the instruction and training of subordinate employees. They conduct regular anti-accident training.
To ensure that the work runs smoothly, you request the necessary materials and contractor services at the right time, which you also check and confirm.
In order to ensure smooth service billing with the client, you record the value and time of the plant personnel and obtain the necessary evidence. You also keep the system documentation.
After completing vocational training as a drilling technician or master craftsman, you have already been able to gain practical experience for several years. Your comprehensive knowledge of the use and function of drilling equipment is supplemented by knowledge of the regulations for mining safety, occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
You bring an SGU exam for managers and basic commercial knowledge with you. You don’t mind shift work and traveling.
