MB Well Services GmbH, a subsidiary of MB Petroleum Services LLC based in Oman, employs a total of around 400 people in Germany and Austria in the Workover & Drilling and Wireline divisions.

Scheduling/planning of operational personnel in cooperation with the project managers, supervisors and rig managers in compliance with legal and collective agreement provisions

Daily maintenance of the shift schedule

Coordinating appointments (e.g. medical check-ups, instruction and training) and agreeing them with the rigs, as well as maintaining the subsequent documentation

Organizing the accommodation of operational employees during working hours in coordination with the shift supervisors and rig managers

Central 1st point of contact for matters relating to operational employees with regard to shift planning

Completed vocational training

Several years of professional experience in the commercial or administrative field, preferably in personnel services

Logical, process-oriented and economic thinking and acting

Very high willingness to cooperate and communicate – Assertiveness

Social competence

Correct interaction and cooperation with employees

Able to work in a team; quick comprehension

Independent and goal-oriented work

Reliability and accuracy in the execution of work

Above-average assertiveness, flexible & resilient

Good PC skills (Excel and Navision application)

Confident written and spoken German

Good knowledge of English is an advantage
