As examination coordinator (m/f/d)
… you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing technical inspections, approvals, and quality tests, as well as scheduling and coordinating with internal departments, external testing service providers, and customers.

Coordination and organization of technical inspections, approvals, and quality tests
Scheduling and coordination with internal departments, external testing service providers, and customers
Ensuring compliance with all relevant norms, regulations, and testing standards
Documentation of test results and creation and maintenance of test plans and reports
Support in the continuous improvement of our testing processes and systems
Training and technical support for testing personnel
Successfully completed university or technical college degree in a technical field, preferably in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
Technical and organizational knowledge in the use of drilling and workover technology and equipment.
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (DIN EN ISO 9712) and common testing procedures and documentation (Level 3 inspector).
High level of cooperation and communication skills
Very good comprehension skills
Ability to be constantly willing to learn, to further your education, and to adapt to current requirements
Written and spoken English (business fluent)
Advanced PC skills (MS Office; Outlook), ideally experience with ERP and QM systems
At least a Class B driver’s license
